Before you book — please read carefully

Ensure a smooth arrival experience

Allow enough time before your flight. We recommend at least 3 hours before departure for international flights, 2 hours for domestic. Dubai traffic can vary significantly — early morning and late night transfers are fastest.

Select the correct terminal when booking. Terminal 3 is exclusively for Emirates (EK) flights. All other airlines use Terminal 1 or 2. Your terminal is always printed on your boarding pass — check before booking.

Your driver's WhatsApp number is in your voucher. He will contact you the evening before to confirm pickup time and ask for your hotel entrance location. Save the number immediately on booking.

Maximum 4 bags for Sedan, 8 bags for Mini Van. Oversized items such as golf bags, bicycles or large musical instruments must be declared at time of booking. Additional charges may apply.

Be ready and waiting at your hotel entrance at the agreed pickup time. For large hotels, specify which entrance (lobby, valet, North Tower, etc.) when confirming with your driver.

24/7 service at the same fixed price. Early morning, late night, red-eye or midday — the price never changes based on the time of day. No surcharge for unsociable hours.

Pickup covers all Dubai city hotels. JBR, Marina, Downtown, Palm Jumeirah, Deira, Business Bay, DIFC, Jumeirah and all other Dubai hotel zones. Locations outside Dubai city limits may incur an additional charge.
